Replyr provides an AI-assisted tool that generates draft replies to customer reviews. Drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any reply.
You agree not to use Replyr to: (a) create or facilitate fake, deceptive, or incentivized reviews; (b) generate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading content; or (c) violate the terms of any platform where you post (such as Google, Yelp, or Facebook). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection rules such as the FTC Act.
Replies are produced by a third-party AI model and may contain errors. We make no warranty that output is accurate, appropriate, or fit for any purpose. Always review before posting.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
