• Account data: email and business name.
• Content you submit: review text and details you enter to generate replies.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and generations made.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide the service (generate replies), bill you, send service emails, improve the product, and respond to support requests.

3. Third-party processors

• Anthropic — review text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the reply. Per Anthropic's API terms, API inputs are not used to train its models by default.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Render — hosting.

4. Data retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure on request.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. We honor GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California) rights, including data export and deletion.

6. Marketing

We only send marketing email with your consent; you can unsubscribe anytime.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures such as encryption in transit and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 16.
